Over a quarter of century of service to the orthodontists

Sooner or later, you will reuse the so called "single use only" orthodontic appliances: "No army can overcome an idea whose time has come" (Victor Hugo)

Safer than new:
"The maximum release of nickel in new brackets reaches a maximum in the first week, after which it declines" (Barret RD, Bishara SE, Quinn JK, Am J Orthod Dentofac Orthop 1993; 103: 8-14).
"The cumulative amounts of nickel and chromium released reaches a plateau after 6 days" (Park HY, Shearer TL, In vitro release of nickel and chromium from simulated orthodontic appliances, Am J Orthod Dentofac Orthop 1983; 84: 156-9)

The brackets we clean are:
"Safe and effective", Dr. D. Poulton, A.A.O. President (1998)
"Substantially equivalent [to new ones]", F.D.A. (1991)
"Not dimensionally different", M.W.Haller, Forensic expert (1998)
"Not clinically different", Ontario Dental Association (1994)
"Not altered mechanically", D.L.Buchman (AJO 1980)
"Economic, achieving the same performance", G.Buchwald (AJO 1989)
"Can be incorporated in orthodontic offices", D.E.Machen, DDS, Attorney,Judge and AJO Consultant (AJO 1993)
